This poster shows some of the unseen work that happens in the practice.
To give us some protected time for carrying out this essential work , we ask that patients do not contact the practice between 1pm- 2pm for routine non-urgent issues, including the ordering and collection of prescriptions.
During these times, practice staff are engaged in team meetings and administrative work, as well as preparing for afternoon clinics.
These are vital tasks to ensure high quality patient care.
We will still be available for urgent issues and to provide advice in emergency situations.
If you do contact the practice between these times with a non-urgent issue, you will be kindly asked to get back in contact with us after 2pm.
