Ruth

Ruth is a retired GP. Many patients will remember as Dr Pearce from her years as a GP at this practice. Prior to that she was a GP for many years in North Yorkshire.

Ruth does medication reviews and manages patients with high blood pressure and high cholesterol and those requiring other changes to prescriptions. Her work in medicine optimisation looks at the value which medicines deliver, making sure they are clinically-effective and cost-effective. It is about ensuring our patients get the right choice of medicines, at the right time.
