Please note that between 1300 and 1400 each day, practice staff are engaged in team meetings and administrative work, as well as preparing for afternoon clinics.
These are vital tasks to ensure high quality patient care.
For this reason, we politely request that patients do not contact the practice between these times for routine non-urgent issues, including the ordering and collection of prescriptions.
We will still be available for urgent issues and to provide advice in emergency situations.
If you do contact the practice between these times with a non-urgent issue you will be kindly asked to get back in contact with us after 2pm.
